About the Demartini Method®

The Demartini Method® is a breakthrough discovery and cutting edge personal transformation methodology which results in a new perspective and paradigm in thinking and feeling. Developed by Dr. John Demartini, it is the culmination of more than 39 years of research and studies in numerous disciplines including physics, philosophy, theology, metaphysics, psychology, astronomy, mathematics, neurology and physiology. Dr. Demartini is considered one of the world’s leading authorities on human behaviour and personal development. He is the founder of the Demartini Institute, a private research and education organisation with a curriculum of over 72 courses covering multiple aspects of human development.

The Demartini Method® is:

  • A systematic pre-determined series of mental questions directed toward the objective of assisting an individual to feel present, certainty and gratitude.
  • A procedure that neutralises an individual’s emotional charges, balances his or her mental and physical reactions, opens his or her heart and clears his or her mind.
  • A continuous thinking process and writing action repeated over a course of time that results in a resolution of dis-equilibrated perceptions.
  • A reproducible science enabling individuals to discover the underlying order governing their apparent daily chaos.

Many of our clients, especially corporate managers, have been taught that the heart is ‘soft’ and in business you should rely on your head instead. In fact, the opposite is true. Your heart is your main source of strength and power.

The heart is not where you become trapped by your emotions; rather, it is the source of your power to transform them. Going to the heart to manage your emotions and get clear perceptions is what your body is designed to do. Going to the head and reacting is easier, because it’s what people automatically do.
It takes courage to take emotions to the heart and use techniques for self-regulation. And it’s something you have to choose to do. It takes courage to manage your emotions from your heart’s intelligence, because it’s easier to let emotions follow your mind’s reactions.

Once intuitive guidance from the heart is accessed, then your mind and emotions come into more alignment with the heart. User-friendly tools are needed to facilitate the alignment between heart, mind and emotions. You advance at the speed of your commitment to practice. Commitment comes easier as you see progress in the energy you save from emotional drain.

The word ‘courage’ is from the Latin and French derivative word for heart, coeur. It takes courage to be honest and admit stressful feelings like frustration, resistance, and anxiety. Courage is a quality of spirit, a mental or moral inner strength to venture and preserve, to withstand fearful thoughts. To be courageous is to be vulnerable, in touch with what you are feeling, while having the strength to go back to your heart and not succumb to the stress response.
